Xu Jingtian, male, born in 1973.12, Ph.D., associate professor, master tutor, teacher of School of Electronic Engineering, Xi'an Shiyou University, director of the Department of Safety Engineering. He is currently the person in charge of the undergraduate major of safety engineering, the person in charge of the master degree of safety engineering, the member of the geological and mineral branch of the Shaanxi Provincial Education Steering Committee, and the emergency expert of the Shaanxi Provincial Emergency Management Department.

        In terms of scientific research, more than 20 papers have been published as the first author, including 11 international ISTP searches and 5 core papers. Presided over 3 scientific research projects, with more than 600,000 funds received, and participated in 16 scientific research projects with the second major participant, with more than 9.7 million funds received. Participated in the compilation of 5 monographs and textbooks, with a total of more than 500,000 words. Obtained 3 software intellectual property rights. The current research direction is safety management and industrial automation control.

        In terms of professional and technical work performance related to safety production:

        1) Participate in the design, programming and on-site commissioning of computer safety monitoring systems for more than 10 oilfield joint stations, oil gathering stations, sewage plants, etc.
